### 如何充值

1. 登录你的 Clore.ai 账户
2. 前往 **账户** → **计费**
3. 点击 **充值** 在你想充值的币种旁边
4. 复制充值地址
5. 从你的钱包或交易所发送资金
6. 等待确认

> **重要：** 发送前务必核对充值地址。CLORE 代币必须在以太坊网络上发送。

## 跟踪交易

## 故障排查

### 充值未显示

1. 确认你发送到了正确的地址
2. 检查该交易是否有足够的确认数
3. 对于 CLORE：确保你是在以太坊网络（ERC-20）上发送的
4. 对于 USDT/USDC：确保你发送在 **以太坊（ERC-20）** 或 **BNB Chain（BEP-20）** （不是 Polygon、Arbitrum、Tron 等）
5. 在确认完成后最多等待 30 分钟

### 提现卡住

如果你的提现超过 2 小时仍处于待处理状态：

1. 在你的账户历史记录中查看交易状态
2. 联系支持，地址为 [Discord](https://discord.gg/clore-ai)
